TAMPA, Fla. — CAES House Programs, a provider of radiation-hardened electronics, rebranded as Frontgrade Applied sciences Jan. 10 after being offered to personal fairness agency Veritas Capital.

Veritas introduced plans to purchase the corporate in October for an undisclosed sum from CAES, the previous electronics unit of British protection and aerospace contractor Cobham.

Frontgrade contains all of the space-related belongings that have been a part of CAES, which continues to serve a mixture of different industrial and protection markets.
